I like flashy things, and labradorite fill the bill. This piece has a golden flash with a bit of blush, and I thought it lends itself well to the color of gold.
Labradorite was originally found near Labrador, Canada, and is also found in Norway, India, Madagascar and Russia. It is a type of feldspar and is thought to stimulate the imagination.
Wrapped in 14 karat gold filled wire. 14 karat gold fill wire is durable, containing about 100 times more gold than gold plate. It is considered to be heirloom quality.
